Divers who have the appropriate skills, attitude, ability to be coached, and commitment to training at the highest level are invited to join the senior competitive team. The senior team is for divers whose top priority (outside of school) is diving, and who are committed to diving year-round with the club. Divers in this group train to be competitive at the national level both within the USA Diving and AAU competitive circuits, as well as earn spots in competitive college programs after high school. Senior team divers work toward learning dives that will allow them to be competitive at the highest level, including, but not limited to, the following:

1m: 105b, 203b, 303b/305c, 403b/405c, 5132d, 5233d
3m: 105b/107c, 205c/b, 305c/b, 405c/b, 5134d, 5233/5235d, 5152b

Senior team members also work toward developing a full platform list on 7.5m and 10m. In addition to pool time, the senior team spends a significant amount of time doing dryland/dryboard training for general fitness, to gain strength and speed, and to work on dive-specific drills.

The senior team dives four to five times a week and has dryland/dryboard practices five times per week. Senior team members are expected to attend all senior practices.

All placements on the Senior Team are determined by the coaching staff.

Price per six-week session: $595/session + $500 joining/travel fee*

* Joining/travel fees are used toward the coaches’ travel expenses to the AAU National Qualifying Meet, AAU Nationals, and USA Diving Regionals, Zones, and Nationals.
